Big Changes

Ok its the middle of April 2011 and I haven't done very well at keeping this blog updated. =( So I am going to try this again.

So many things have happened the past few months so please excuse me if I get a little off subject or a liitle out of order.

I'll start with Jordan; She has had a pretty exciting year. She did the Miss Weimar pageant in May of last year and won the Jr. Miss title! She has spent the past 12 months doing many many local and county fair parades. This was a great experience for her and will be passing on her title to the new Jr. Miss in a few weeks. She has just about finished her Jr. High years and will be moving on to High School in a few months! (wow where did the time go?!) She tried out for and made the JV Cheer team so she has a lot to look forward to in the year to come.

Dalton; he is my book worm and has been making great grades in his first year of Jr. High. He played football for the city league football association and is looking forward to playing football next year for the Jr High. He has grown up so much in this past year and we are so proud of him.

Chelsea; She will be going into the 4th grade in a few months and is doing beautifully in school. She was a cheerleader for Dalton on the city league cheer squad and loved it! She will be going to her daddy's for her 6 week visit in a few weeks and has a lot of stuff going on there too.

Gabe; he has succesfully made it almost all the way through Pre-K with out any major disasters. =) He is our hard headed wild child, but we wouldn't want him to be any other way. He has been working very hard with the speech therapist and has made some huge improvements. I think he is the one who is most ready for summer to get here.

As for TJ and myself; we have been trying to do some remodleing, with some much needed help from grandaddy. We have almost finished the kids bathroom and will be starting Chelsea's room in about a month. TJ is still working in Katy and while it is a very long trip to and from work, he loves his job. I am still working on my college classes and I am finally down to between 3 and 5 classes before I can transfer. yay!  We have also decided that we want to try for another baby =) For us this means that I will have to have a tubal reversal, which is scheduled for August 4th if all goes well. We are trying not to get our hopes too high just in case the procedure does not work, but if it does maybe we will be expecting soon. =)

We will update more as we can and hope that everyone has been doing wonderful and that everyone has a safe and Happy Easter.

A little update

Ok ok I know I haven't been keeping up as well as I'd hoped, but things here have been so crazy busy. There is not a night that we are home before 8:30 pm and we are exhausted, but loving it. The kids are all in swing with things full force. Jordan is doing Cheerleading, Volleyball and Band. Which means there are at least three different games a week and too many practices to count. She is also doing the parades almost every weekend and I do have to admit she has the beauty queen thing down. =) Dalton is playing Football for the Weimar Jr. Football Association. Games will be every Saturday alternating between Rice and Smithville. He is playing tight end at the moment and we are excited and can not wait for the first game. (hopefully on the 18th) Chelsea will be cheering him on as she is doing the Cheerleading part of the WJFA. She is so excited and I will post pictures of her in her uniform as soon as I get them. She also got to go to the Colorado County Fair with her class on Friday and caught a catfish at the Kids Fish Booth. I am not sure who was more excited her, or her teacher. She has an awesome teacher this year by the way. =) Gabe is also doing his fair share of keeping us busy. He is doing Taekwondo twice a week and he is doing great at it! He has come along way in the 2 1/2 yrs since he was so sick. He is talking 110% better and is as active, if not more, than most kids his age. We are so blessed. As for me and TJ well we are here. TJ is still working in Katy and I am still doing classes. We are just hoping and praying that things keep going as smoothly as they have been. I am half way through my associates and can not wait to start on the Bach. part.

Well I am posting pictures and will update again very soon.

Getting started

OK so it took me long enough to get one of these started. I can not promise to keep up daily but will do my best. I have so many things going on this year and can not wait to keep everyone updated.
